INCREASE YOUR ENERGY
Vitality training has three components:
1. Train to be a clear path and nonresistant to the flow of energy (counteract the tension and numbing effects created from everyday life)
2. Practice techniques to gather and increase vitality, and the feeling of aliveness
3. Cardiorespiratory endurance training
